Riki Piki Tiki Ki Riki Ki TIki

This sculpture draws from domino culture on the ABC islands, where a game is as much about strategizing as it is about a loving kind of passionate animosity. The piece consists of seven hand crafted ceramic domino stones, all doubles. The work invites a multitude of perspectives and reflections by metaphorizing the nature and context of the game itsself and juxtaposing this against elements referencing ABC-island culture and landscapes.
