PERSONAL ARCHIVE
The practice of photography is a prominent method of inquiry in my artistic research. It's a powerful medium for me to find and collect figures, compositions, themes, emotions and narratives to inform my work visually, tonally and conceptually.
I've always been very attuned to the striking beauty of the world around me, to its strangeness, to odd juxtapositions of objects, of people, and to the tenderness and emotional vulnerability embedded in scenes and moments one might be too quick to deem too mundane. Below you’ll find a selection of a few such moments, objects and scenes from my personal archive of photographs.
